the sora diary au divergence (is that what this would be called..? canon divergence diverges from canon so au divergence diverges from au..?) reminds me of my neji-hiname murder mystery/detective au that was inspired by the yaoi diary/bl author au that i brought up. that could also be combined into it because you mentioned that they WERE actually compatible bc shikasada wouldve written about hiname's passing and how suspicious it was in the diary.
