I actually have an AO3...that I haven't been active on till now BUT I am trying to fix that. Here are the two fics I currently have on there:

I've been in misery due to Kasa7 in Prosekai and posting about Prosekai stuff since I got this account, so I thought I'd have a change of pace and talk about another mobile rhythm game that has my wallet and my soul. Below are my notes for Forte, a temp unit I made a few years back. Brought to you by my desire to see Subaru commit crimes in the name of his dead dad.

Shuffle/Temp Unit Forte

Plot Bunnies

Story vaguely takes place post Sanctuary (the timeline is a mess that I refuse to go through, just know Nice and 4piece are nowhere in this)

Subaru has been looking for any leads that could point to his father potentially being alive

Eichi helps out at first, but ultimately stops when he sees the damage said search is doing to Subaru’s mental health

Enraged about Eichi quitting, Subaru leaves to search on his own

He finds nothing, to the surprise of no one

Eichi decided to give (read- force) Trickstar a break

Subaru decides to go home to spend time with his mom and Daikichi

After dinner, when Subaru is considerably calmer, Mamahoshi hands him a letter that arrived in the mail that morning

Taking it to his room, Subaru finds out that the letter is an invitation to an Underground Live

The Live is hosted by (alleged) associates of Godfather

The invite says Subaru can bring three other members and a producer

The live takes place in 3 months

Whoever sent this has his address

Tired, slightly annoyed, and with no idea what to do, Subaru heads to bed

3 days pass and Subaru still has no idea what to do

The only thing he’s sure of is that he can’t involve Anzu or Trickstar

Natsume finds him and invites (read- forces) Subaru to lunch

While at Cinnamon, Natsume gets Subaru to confess what has happened to him

He comments on Subaru’s barely held back anger, saying that Subaru is revealing his true self

Natsume always seemed to know that there was more to Subaru, I feel that would make Subaru more honest with him since he can’t really lie to Natsume

Natsume and Subaru spend the rest of their lunch discussing the invite, with Natsume suggesting that Subaru form a new unit to participate in the Live

Natsume, of course, volunteers to be part of the group

He plans to use his own media connections to score them costumes and music

Meanwhile, HiMERU has been doing his own digging into Godfather post SS

While searching the Information Center, he learns more about the associates running the Underground Live

First, they are legitimate members of the new Godfather’s inner circle

Second, ES knows about what Godfather is up to

Third, Godfather may have spies placed in ES

Natsume, now back from lunch, finds HiMERU digging for the information he was going to look for

The two compare notes, and Natsume ultimately invites HiMERU to join him and Subaru in the Underground Live, HiMERU agrees

Fast forward another few days and the trio are discussing their plans for the Live at a different restaurant

Natsume has secured them a designer, while HiMERU and Subaru worked together to get the group a practice space outside of ES

It’s close to HiMERU’s apartment, so they can stay their if it gets late

They are wary of potential spies, to the point they have to plan their exits

Leo suddenly spawns in and is almost dragged out before he mentions Double Face

Yesterday, when he was hanging out with Madara, Leo noticed that he wasn’t…present during the day

Madara was so out of it that he forgot his phone when he got up to use the restroom

Normally Leo wouldn’t snoop, but he’s worried about his best friend

According to some texts, Adam and Double Face were invited to attend the Underground Live

The texts give further confirmation on the ES spies

The spies are specifically stalking people with ties to the That Akehoshi Incident

Adam and Double Face (along with Anzu as DF’s producer) will enter the Live, win, and “remove” the associates

Leo is worried Madara will get himself hurt, but then he noticed Subaru and HiMERU’s names on the list of stalking victims

Leo kept an eye on them for a few days, noticed they were in contact more than normal, and followed them here

He admits that if he found out, Madara and the others ABSOLUTELY know

Knowing they need a composer, and also knowing they need to keep an eye on Leo lest he blab, they add him to the group

Leo already has songs written for them, secret meetings are a well of inspiration

The group take a temporary leave from ES, citing a need for breaks or focusing on other projects

Working from HiMERU’s apartment, the group spend the next month making their unit, Forte, a reality

During this time, Hitsugi tracks them down to the studio they use for practice

Hitsugi produces pictures of the associates, along with a few spies

He offers to be their producer in exchange for more information

Forte agrees to make Hitsugi their producer, but are wary of his intentions

NEGI also steps in to help when needed

Forte plans to win the Live in order to gather information about the new Godfather/Papahoshi

They also plan to confront Adam and DF

Characters

Subaru (Leader)- I still subscribe to the (possible) crack theory that Papahoshi lived and is doing criminal stuff on the side whose activity only increased after Subaru was nearly cancelled at the first SS for (checks notes) being born. He's a lot less cheery due to the new pile of unanswered questions but mostly tries (and fails) to hide it behind a mask.

Natsume- Subaru didn't want to involve Trickstar in something that was definitely dangerous, Natsume kinda just slid in after feeling a disturbance in the force. He works as the second-in-command and strategist for the group. 

HiMERU- Natsume scouted him after catching HiMERU searching the information center for clues about the new Godfather. I feel like HiMERU being a literal shapeshifter would give the group a chance for espionage shenanigans (Also something something Papahoshi something something dead stepmom something something angsty mess). 

Leo- Never hurts to have a composer in your group. Leo is here because he knows that Mama is about to get involved in some shady shit, not tell him, and then act like he's fine while hiding 28 stab wounds. Leo wants to venture into the darkness himself to understand and support his bestie, as well as stop him from doing something stupid. 

Hitsugi (Producer)- Another person with a Godfather shaped chip on his shoulder. None of the shuffle members want to drag Anzu into potential danger. Hitsugi came in with vital information and Subaru and Leo just accepted it (I imagine Natsume and HiMERU just remain wary of Hitsugi). NEGI also steps in to help.

Other Differences/Personal Delulu

Subaru being the leader was a decision everyone else made for him

Natsume has threatened HiMERU to not hurt Subaru

He knows HiMERU’s secret after about two months of digging, but could sense the small bit of hostility from him whenever Papahoshi was mentioned

The first thing everyone did was pool together money to be Leo a bunch of notebooks

Forte stays in HiMERU’s apartment for the foreseeable future

HiMERU has an air mattress for Hitsugi in his room

Natsume, Subaru and Leo share a guest room

Natsume can’t stand people and sometimes just sleeps on the couch

Everyone learns Subaru is good at budgeting

Subaru has Anzu blocked for the time being

Main Story AU where Tsukasa was scouted from a young age by Sakaki to be part of his acting troupe, along with Asahi, Sakurako, and a few npcs. Tsukasa was happy at first but now feels trapped by Sakaki, who basically guilts Tsukasa into following his lead by reminding him how he "saved Tsukasa from his loneliness and gave him a family".

Meanwhile the rest of WxS exist and have been working at PhennyLand for a while now. Emu's brothers manage to get them a chance to work with Sakaki's troupe which allows them to meet Tsukasa. Eventually they go to Wonderland Sekai after receiving Untitled where they learn that Tsukasa now hates acting but feels like he's indebted to Sakaki, which leaves him trapped. Tsukasa has had access to Sekai since he was a kid and for the longest time Miku and Kaito were the only people he could trust with his feelings. At this point in the story a lot of his trust issues come from (you guessed it) Sakaki, who has pretty much told him from a young age to not trust anyone outside the troupe. This goes for his actual family, who Tsukasa hasn't talked to regularly in some time.

Long story short WxS would help reignite Tsukasa's acting passion, get him out of Sakaki's troupe and offer him to be troupe leader of WxS do to his experience. Tsukasa's story is mainly about healing from Sakaki's torment, learning to love acting again, trusting his friends and reconnecting with his family whom he is now estranged with due to his acting career.

Part 1 for anyone curious Awakenings

Tsukasa awakens his Persona in the Wonderland Room. He resolves to steal back his and his friends’ happiness.

Shiho awakens her Persona in the School Room. Wary of hurting Saki just like Tsukasa was, her desire to perform and become famous with her friends overrides that fear. Being infamous is also fine if it gets the job done.

Akito awakens his Persona in the Street Room. He refuses to give up everything he and the rest of VBS worked for for the sake of strangers.

Mizuki awakens her Persona in the Empty Room. She is tired of being judged and defined by others, wanting to make her own decisions.

Minori awakens her Persona in the Idol Room. She feels guilty for not being able to fight for this long. The Shadows call her lucky and say that she has a chance to escape, but she refuses to leave her friends behind to dirty their hands while she gets away.

Codenames and Persona

Tsukasa Tenma- Pegasus

Persona- Cartouche

Louis Dominique Garthausen, also known as Cartouche, was a highwayman (a thief who robbed travellers on horseback) in France. He stole from the rich and gave to the poor. Cartouche was so popular that he had plays written about him.

Arcana- Fool

Affinity- Bless

Weapons- Scythe (melee), sniper rifle (gun)

Additional Notes- Tsukasa’s thief outfit has pegasus wings. They allow him to fly but only for a short time since he isn’t used to wings.

Shiho Hinomori- Bass

Persona- Bonnie

Bonnie Elizabeth Parker of the famous Bonnie and Clyde duo. SHe grew up in Texas and had a love for stage performances (mainly acting). Described as a bright child that thrived on attention.

Arcana- Fortune

Affinity- Wind

Weapons- Axe (melee) revolver (gun)

Additional Notes- Honestly I just think a wild west cowboy look would be cool for Shiho. I also think she carries the axe around on her back, the way she would carry her bass.

Akito Shinonome- Ravager

Persona- Chatham

George Henry "Taters" Chatham was a burglar from Britain. He dreamed of going pro as a football player (soccer player for us Americans) but said dreams never came true. He turned to crime and gambling afterwards and was known to be cold and calculating.

Arcana- Chariot

Affinity- Fire

Weapons- Gauntlets (melee) dual pistols (gun)

Additional Notes- Akito’s outfit should be a bit more sports focused, both because of his Persona but also because he’s a brawler and needs to be flexible in a fight.

Mizuki Akiyama- Ribbon

Persona- Catharina

Anna Catharina Charlotta Wilhelmina von Bärfelt was a courtier to the queen of Sweden. She was hated by many, accused of manipulating the crown and was convicted of theft before being thrown out of court. Was also accused of witchcraft.

Arcana- Priestess

Affinity- Navigation Persona

Mizuki had the ability to make edits in real life. This allows her to copy and paste status effects onto enemies, cut wounds from allies and even slow down enemies.

Weapons- N/A

Additional Notes- Outfit should look like a witch. She’s the least athletic of the group and is happy to not have to fight. The inside of Catharina is a room of computer monitors for editing.

Minori Hanasato- Clover

Persona- Amelia

Josephine Amelia Perkins stole a horse to elope with a man. She was arrested several times but escaped jail time until she was eventually sentenced to life for horse theft, burglary and shooting an officer.

Arcana- Lovers

Affinity- Nuclear

Weapons- Spear (melee) rocket launcher (gun)

Additional Notes- I think her outfit should look a bit like her first MMJ outfit because an idol with a rocket launcher is funny.

Confidants

Rui Kamishiro

Arcana- Hanged Man

Relevance- Eventually remembers the old world and is hesitant to say anything until he sees Tsukasa being friendly with Akito and Mizuki, something that shouldn’t happen in this world. He eventually confronts them and offers to help.

Honami Michzuki

Arcana- Temperance

Relevance- Honami always felt that her and the rest of L/N should be closer than they are. She eventually gets a chance to talk to Shiho, which subsequently restores her memories. Honami also works at the bakery with Tsukasa. She tends to ask him about Saki and how she is doing in this life.

Ena Shinonome

Arcana- Devil

Relevance- Ena gets curious about her brother’s afterschool whereabouts and follows him one day to the Tenma residence. She accidentally ends up in the Palace Sekai and recovers her memories. Ena doesn’t approve of this but also doesn’t approve of having her previous life stolen from her, so she helps however she can.

Ok I know I said last time I would do a CFV AU but writing takes a long time and I'm lazy as hell. So I have these instead!

Plot Bunnies

None of the established groups exists, they never met in this story (technically)

Vocaloids also do not exist

Tsukasa keeps having strange dreams of a blue haired girl with cat ears (Wonder Miku) crying and asking for help

Tsukasa wakes up and goes about his normal day

Does not work at Phoenix Wonderland. He works at a bakery instead (insert Boo cover here).

While he still attends the same school, his only friend is Rui. The two perform impromptu shows together around the city.

Toya went to Kamiyama for one year before deciding to do homeschool instead.

On his way back home, Tsukasa notices a strange folder titled Mementos. Inside are multiple corrupted files but one of them is named Untitled.

Someone bumps into Tsukasa and causes him to accidentally press Untitled.

Tsukasa enters a Palace for the first time, with other people accompanying him.

Those people are Akito, Mizuki, Shiho and Minori

The group consider exploring but are immediately jumped by a Shadow.

They press pause on Untitled to escape, though they are unsure how they know that.

Everyone decides to treat this experience as one bad shared nightmare and go home.

After going to bed, everyone wakes up in the Velvet Room. It looks like a tour bus on a neverending highway.

Igor is accompanied by a Velvet Room attendant Miku. She has design features from the other Mikus (which may not work visually but I’m trying):

Empty (N25) Miku’s hair color

Street (VBS) Miku’s outfit minus the jacket (also velvet blue color)

Wonder (WxS) Miku’s starry eyes

Idol (MMJ) Miku’s hair style

Band (L/N) Miku’s jacket decals as pins

Velvet Miku and Igor warn the group about an impending danger that is threatening to destroy their world. It has already made progress by wiping out Sekai’s from existence.

They implore the five to return to the Palace once more and that they should come back if something good happens.

Everyone wakes up and tries to have a normal day. Tsukasa makes a group chat during lunch with Mizuki and Akito while Shiho invites Minori.

The group agrees to meet at Tsukasa’s place to explore the Palace.

Once they get there they discover a room with five doors, each one based on their Sekai.

The Wonderland Door opens first and everyone steps into a dilapidated theme park overrun by Shadows.

As the group explores the room, they learn about Tsukasa’s life in this world.

Saki gets better like in canon, but she never reconnects with L/N

She decides to transfer to a boarding school for a fresh start. The area apparently helps ease her symptoms and she has made many new friends.

The school tuition is expensive, so the Tenma parents work long hours to pay for it. This leaves Tsukasa alone almost everyday.

While Tsukasa admits he has things in his life that he is happy about (his sister’s health, his friendship with Rui, his job) he says that he wants more but retracts that wish for being too selfish.

After an unwelcome trip down memory lane, a shadow version of Wonder Kaito appears. While he seems nice on the outside, his words are cold and rather rude.

Shadow Kaito readily admits that the world has changed and that the Palace Sekai is at the center of this change. He then lambasts Tsukasa for wanting to change things, calling him greedy and spoiled.

Shadow Kaito says Tsukasa is only thinking of himself again and that changing this world would take away the happiness people have found in it, including Saki.

The ground crumbles and the group fall into a strange area. Tsukasa’s resolve has weakened and he questions if Kaito is right.

Akito gets angry and punches Tsukasa, calling him a coward. He says Tsukasa is an idiot for listening to Kaito but Tsukasa agrees that he is selfish.

Tsukasa believes he is not allowed to want things, that because he was born healthy, what he wants has to come second. If destroying this Palace really does remove the peace people have found in this world, would that not make him selfish.

Tsukasa runs away from the group and finds a tent with a piano in it. He starts to play Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

As he does this bubbles with memories from this world and the canon world appear, showing him just how different things are. It also reminds him that the people he loves were just as happy before as they are now and that they were already robbed of said happiness.

Akito and the others find Tsukasa. The older boy apologizes for his outburst earlier.

Akito apologizes as well, and tells Tsukasa that wanting something isn’t a crime.

Shadow Kaito returns to once again dissuade the group but Tsukasa refuses to listen. If what he wants to do is a crime then he doesn’t care. He will rob away the happiness of others if it means seeing his loved ones happy like in canon.

The memory bubbles return and give Akito, Minori, Mizuki and Shiho their canon memories back.

While they are in awe Tsukasa hears his Persona and awakens it, leading to a fight with Shadow Kaito.

Shadow Kaito escapes but promises to stop the group.

A door to the Velvet Room appears, Velvet Miku welcomes them inside.

Igor congratulates the return of their memories as well as Tsukasa’s awakening.

Everyone signs a contract and becomes official guests of the Velvet Room.

They plan to work together to restore reality.

The Velvet Room acts as a Thieve’s Den for the group, who settle on calling themselves Phantasm.

Tsukasa: Ghost Types

Reason: Ghost Pokémon thought his home was abandoned and proceeded to haunt it, then stuck around to hang out with the funny lonely child.

Emu: Psychic Types

Reason: Emu was given a Galarian Ponyta as a birthday gift as a kid from her grandfather. Turns out psychic powers are great for putting on shows.

Galarian Rapidash (Ace Pokemon, birthday gift, nicknamed Dashie)

Alolan Raichu (Met a Pikachu on vacation and fed it pancakes, nicknamed Berrie)

Espeon (Evolved after Emu lost her grandpa to protect her, nicknamed Jewel)

Metagross (Can Mega Evolve, used to belong to grandpa, nicknamed Meta)

Indeedee (Male, acts as Emu's butler, nicknamed Dee Dee)

Starmie (Met on the same beach trip as Raichu, nicknamed Mia)

Rui: Steel Types

Reason: Rui enjoys tinkering with gadgets and coming up with new inventions. Some people share his passion, then he decided he could build people who could also share his passion.

Tinkaton (Ace Pokemon, brings back scrap metal and helps Rui with his inventions)

Lucario (Can Mega Evolve, was brought back with Tinkaton by accident, helps lift heavy objects)

Copperajah (Not allowed in the house, helps Rui with carrying larger experiments to Wonder Stage)

Perrserker (Family pet that is very protective of Rui, tends to lash out at people)

Revavroom (Caught in the wild, Rui heard that these Pokémon could be modified into car engines)

Iron Treads (Built by Rui)

Nene: Fairy Types

Reason: Rui built her first Pokémon as a gift to help with her stage fright. Since Rui uses Steel types, she uses Fairy instead.

Magearna (Built by Rui, Ace Pokémon that she hides from strangers)

Primarina (Acts as her Ace Pokémon, likes to practice singing with Nene)

Dachsbun (Family dog, Nene takes it out for walks to get some exercise)

Gardevoir (Can Mega Evolve, likes to tease Tsukasa)

Alolan Ninetails (Met Nene as a kid and helped her find her parents, reunited years later)

Ribombee (Flew into Nene's house while it was raining, has never left since)

In this AU the Zoo Rangers work as actors in PhennyLand. They managed to work a few jobs with Ryuseitai in the past and have been invited to do a show at an amusement near ES. Chiaki and Tsukasa are close friends in this story…which gets awkward when Chiaki starts to talk about Pegasus Man Red because…well that's Tsukasa and he can't tell Chiaki. The real reason why the Zoo Rangers are here (beyond putting on a show) is that Keisuke (one of Emu's older brothers and the leader of the heroes) detected Coda outside of Shibuya, which up to this point was seen as an impossibility. Because of this Keisuke sends his best team, the Zoo Rangers, to investigate. After investigating the city for a few days, the Zoo Rangers come up with nothing. Then on the day of the show Fussy Eaters appear and attack the heroes. Death Veggie uses a machine that manages to knock out everyone like an EMP wave knocks out electricity…except for Ryuseitai. Turns out that Chiaki bought necklaces for the rest of his unit that just so happen to be tiny fragments of Coda. The Zoo Rangers manage to escape with Ryuseitai but can't seem to take the Coda pieces from them (everytime they try the pieces react violently) so now they have to train Ryuseitai in combat while also fighting Fussy Eaters and saving the city.
