Anyone who has followed my reviews this season will know that season 6 hasn't been my favourite season so I watched the season finale without any major excitement or optimism.... WOW WAS I WRONG!!!!! I LOVED IT!!!!!!!! I'll say this straight off the bat so there is no confusion at all. My fave parts were, in no particular order -Hook calling Snow 'mommy' - Evil queen proposal - RUMBELLE - Rumple doing the right thing on all levels - gideon becoming a baby - the savior sacrifice - did I mention RUMBELLE - Regina gaining respect as mayor - henry saving Emma I Could honestly ramble on all day about whar I loved about these episodes but the answer is most of it with one notable exception.... and if you haven't guessed it, it was the premise for Season 7. My main question is why? They rounded up everything SO beautifully (including fixing Rumbelle) and the 'full circle' was complete so why not leave it on a high note? With this in mind this will be my last review for Once upon a time as I truly believe that this is a good place to leave it. Good won, and happy beginnings were begun. Even an evil queen proposal and a slow motion montage (mirroring the lost finale) what could be better than that??? I am thankful to be part of such an incredible journey particularly the first 4 season and wish OUAT a wonderful future. This fandom (however mad) is a very special one and one I will always hold dear even though I won't be watching new episodes and I hope Jen, Emilie, Josh, Ginny, Jared and especially Bex will go on to have great roles and never forget the impact they all made upon this fandom. Thank you all for reading my reviews, ramblings and rantings over the past (nearly 2) years. I have enjoyed every minute and I hope you have enjoyed what I've had to say. I felt so satisfied with that finale I felt a sense of hope that reminded me of why I fell in love with the show.

TV SHOW RECOMMENDATION BY MEMBER LIZ LANDES #GRIMM It's a police drama but it's fairytale based. It's very cool! There are people who can change into a part human and part creature, and they are myth or fairytale based, and supposedly inspired stories we know. Sometimes normal people can see them, but most times not. Only one man, a detective/ cop in Portland, Oregon, named Nick, can see them all the time. He's called a Grimm, and those with his gift to see them are supposed to hunt the very bad ones, called Wessen (pronounced with a "V"). The other Grimm that is a young woman named Truble) is a secret, but a few of his friends, and some Wessen friends, know his secret and help him solve Wessen related crimes. Wessen are secret too because if everyone knew about them people would be frightened. Not all are bad and try to blend in with society. Each show is tied into an old fairytale or myth, though its not always apparent, so I love trying to figure out what story it's related to. I'm also partial to this show because I met one of the actors, Reggie Lee, who plays Lt.
