Ok so lore.

Marina and Rig served in WW2 (or at least the furry equivalent). They were platoon mates and bonded fairly quickly. Marina, the draftie who doesn’t know the first thing about social interactions. And Rig, the small rodent who knows how to tug at people and help them out.

I’d like to go into detail about how *motions hands towards ghosts* this happened, but I feel like I can’t do it justice at the moment. But the basics of it is that Rig suffered a horrific death, in an effort to save Marine, and is now cursed to haunt her forever

And finally, lil character details :3

Rigamor (he/him) One of the worst people you could have stuck in your mind forever. He blames Marina almost entirely for his death. He went along with it for the first few years. And the first few exorcism attempts.. and the first few rituals. But when he eventually realized he was stuck with this cat in this stuffy old house forever, he decided that making her feel a fraction of the pain he felt every second was due punishment
