i love all the words we have that mean traveler. i love the shades of difference between wanderer and rambler and rover. i love the boldness of adventurer and the purposefulness of explorer, the lawlessness of vagabond and the capability of wayfarer, the quiet reverence of pilgrim and the wild rootlessness of nomad.

There are honestly some abysmal takes in these notes. Y’all realize that men are often pressured into literally starving a dehydrating themselves to look demigod level buff right? There is no reason for anybody, male or female, to unhealthily push their bodies just to be better eye candy while playing make believe for strangers. He didn’t say he was binging on hot Cheetos and tater tots. He’s still maintaining a healthy diet, he’s just not working himself to death.

wow great. i’m so glad that every piece of fiction requires a rod serling monologue at the beginning going “i hope you realize this isn’t meant to reflect what we currently consider a ‘healthy relationship.’ however, any old kind of fictional relationship can be considered an acceptable relationship… in the twilight zone.” that’s really helpful. what a stupid comment to add to this post
