Happy late birthday, bro. Twenty-one is a big one. I don't remember what I did for mine - it was over sixteen years ago now. ...and now I've said that I realise how old I am. I think it's better to spend important days with your family and friends anyway. I'm not a party guy. I've spent my last few birthdays at home with my family or with a few friends at karaoke. Meanwhile I'm the biggest liar on planet Earth. That's true, I only danced back in the day because I had to but even then I barely did. I know Daesung's been out there exposing me for standing still when I forgot moves. I might not be in the band anymore but I stalk all of you everyday. Me either, honestly. There was a time when a comeback was never in the cards because of how rough it got but... y'know, I think it's time. Come over then. I'll even share my chocolate ice cream with you. Blame the media! Having a comeback after seven years isn't for the faint hearted, let me tell you. I forgot just how much went into album promotions and concert planning. It doesn't help that time isn't kind and it's definitely harder to push through being tired in rehearsals like it used to be. All that being said, I'm excited to be back, I'm looking forward to hitting the road again soon and going to places I haven't been in a long time. Don't say that as I'm preparing for my comeback or I'll stick to when I said I was retiring. Just stop being an old man, duh. I get it, though. Kind of dreading getting back out there and doing shows again... if I ever have the courage to actually do it.
