Oh! this is simple

at first you need to do any kind of lineart 

then you should set layer mod to “shade”

then work at drawing like you usually do and color your lineart! 

at the end i double my lineart layer and use blur on it (usually in photoshop but in sai you can use blur tool or blur filter in sai 2) 

oh, also i go in photoshop and use this tool to make colors look nice 

/please tell me if you find a mistake or typo!/
