Ok so after this documentary I have a new respect for Paris Hilton.  She has been through a lot and I am happy that she is finally speaking up about her experience.  It really humanizes her and helps us to understand the triviality of wealth and riches.  She shows us that it’s more important to be a person with truth and substance than a blind paper chaser.  “That’s hot!”

Jhene Aiko is so amazing!  She was delightful on Tiny Desk!

This was a fun documentary to watch about Psychedelics and the experiences people have had with them!  It’s on Netflix!!

This was a really good informational session about the future of the black community and COVID 19.  We really need to get this situation under control and it starts with us.  Stay inside so we can stop this pandemic.  Also I liked how Big Sean said that we can also use this as a time to meditate and learn more about ourselves.  This might be the only time that we get to actually focus on ourselves and add value to ourselves.  Please watch! >> HERE!

Just finished Day #3 of Yoga with Adriene!  I am going to try to come out of this quarantine a certified yogi!  Or at least a better yogi!!  Her dog is such a gentle soul!
