AHHH where do I begin?!! I LOVE fruit to be sure. My faves are pineapples, oranges, strawbs, raspberries, bananas, watermelon, mangos, etc etc. I really love all fruits to be honest! (p.s. - they’re great blended up into a smoothie or eaten plain)

I also LOVE the trusty old combo of rice or couscous and beans and veggies. So so yummy. 

GIANT green salads are top notch as well. Can you beat heaps of lettuce with tons of avocado, tomatoes, peppers, chickpeas, etc etc? (I’m saying etc etc because I fill my salads up SO much…yum)

For snacking, I love sliced up bell peppers. For a frozen desert, I’ve been LOVING the So Delicious! strawberry coconut milk ice cream. I also LOVE freshly squeezed orange juice. It’s such simple delight that I’ve been used to since childhood, but I find myself enjoying a big glass of orange juice more and more every day.

I also love potatoes of any kind (one variety I’m loving lately as part of my dinner - grilled sliced potatoes with a bit of olive oil and served with ketchup). Butternut squash is great as well!
