But I'm going to also tell you why there are 2 letters that sound exactly the same.
You can only find it at the beginning and end* of words. Isn't that fun and not at all very specific** .+*
* you will mainly find it at the beginning of words, "î" at the end of words is not that common
** there is a historical reason but... I'm not a history nerd soooo, dw about that rn

Fun Fact - the letter "â" is more difficult to pronounce, the closest thing is saying the stand-alone letter "n" in english and listening for that last weird sound you make (when you say "n" you pronounce it "enâ" kinda... )
If you know turkish this is way easier cuz it's just the letter "ı" .+*
Ok, have to add that this is not perfect cuz your tongue sits wrong in your mouth, but this was the closest thing I could come up with for english speakers to replicate the sound...
Your tongue should not touch your teeth during the sound
