I get what you mean about eating, i also struggle to eat sometimes or simply care about food, but usually eating large quantities of fruit in those days help stimulate my appetite to crave protein and carbs. I don’t know that I have advice, i think it’s all connected. How does sex feel? The thought of it and the act of it? Do you crave yourself sexually? And what is your relationship to pleasure? Do you know when something is truly pleasurable? And silence, how does silence feel to you? tune in and name 5 noises around you right now. go outside and smell and identify 5 plants. taste something new today. Can you be present? Are you awake? Do you see how fantastic the world around you is??

But something I did notice is how my connections increased. We often don’t realize how much our bonds with people are based on shared media interests. Like if your favorite date night is watching a movie rather than exploring and talking…. Then maybe that is a comfort relationship more than anything. And i just don’t have relationships like that now other than with my sisters.
