Treat yourself like you would someone you love.

I used to think communication was the key until I realized comprehension is. You can communicate all you want with someone but if they don’t understand you, its silent chaos.

I hope the holidays are kind to any one who may struggle with this time of year or just seem to be struggling in general. Your feelings are valid and just because it’s the “most wonderful time of the year” doesn’t mean it is for you, and that’s okay. 💖

People in the comments being all bitter. As if the arts aren’t out here giving you a reprieve from all the shit y'all go through. As if the arts aren’t out here making sure you live a little bit instead of just surviving.
