I saw a video on him and his parents awhile back and it’s such a happy story. ^^ Just another invalid deformed beyond hope and destined to be a vegetable who should have been killed in the womb, amirite?

This really speaks to cases where people think that killing a baby is “the right thing to do” because of probabilities and likelihoods.

i honestly believe human beings are not meant to live like this. we are meant to live in loving communities and be around nature every day and grow our own food and create art and not work day and night until we die. this longing for another life is not human nature, it’s a symptom of modern society.

we are meant to share burdens, collaborate, create. art is part of the human experience, but it’s also part of the human species. the fact that we are not all living comfortably in communities of support and love and creation and song is the greatest sin of mankind. you’re telling me that the pursuit of wealth, an invented idea born of artificial scarcity enforced by the artificial idea of class, is the ultimate expression of humanity? how unimaginative. don’t you dream? I invite you to dream with me.

if you’re offline or away and i message you something (like a link to a meme or a picture or w/e) honestly just assume that i’m just leaving it there for when you get back and not expecting you to answer straight away. i don’t need you to respond with “hey, sorry, i wasn’t at the computer!” or anything. i was leaving u a gift for later.

This also applies if you’re online and just don’t want to or have the energy to deal with humans in the moment. Just because we have the ability to reply in real time does not mean we have the obligation.

What if Jesus just went in to a coma then woke up 3 days later. Giving the appearance that he resurrected.

And stabbed in the side by a spear

yeah he was dead buddy.

The Romans literally stabbed Him in the chest to make sure He was dead. Also consider the ridiculous amount of blood loss His death caused.

Romans guards back then were experts in knowing how to kill their criminals in both painful and shameful ways

his body was also wrapped in linens like a mummy. if you believe he didnt die on the cross you sure as heck better believe he suffocated in that tomb or succumbed to his lethal stab wound

The reason the three days was important was that if you’re in a coma for 3 days outside a hospital, you’re dead now because of dehydration if nothing else. People got up after being “dead” for one or two days all the time (by which I mean extremely rarely but it wasn’t totally unheard of) but everybody knows there’s zero chance of somebody coming back after the third day, therefore indisputable miracle.
