I am so disappointed in the black community for their defense of Kamelo Anthony after his conviction of murdering a teenage white boy. The sheer mental gymnastics to justify and downplay his involvement, the "he was in a dark place" or "he was mentally ill" excuses, pushing the narrative that the boys in the football team jumped at him first, even though he actually went directly to their tent to threaten them first, the fact his own family tried to raise a GoFundMe to likely clear up his charges, and the whole #JusticeForKamelo hashtag..... it just confirms everything right wingers were saying about black privilege, black fatigue, suicidal empathy, black supremacy... Not to mention his supporters chanting how much they want to kill white people/celebrating the white boy's death. It sickens me how my own community would act like this. At least the Sikh community were quick to condemn Vickrum Digwa when he murdered Henry Nowak. Why is it so hard for black people to do the same thing. I'm aware not all of them are like this, some even condemning the community's support of Kamelo, but seeing how my first exposure to the incident was through social media, it really didn't give me a good first impression. This shit should've never been turned into a racial culture war and another good example of why I loathe modern politics (left, right, or otherwise), and will likely be used as fuel for actual racist to paint every other black people, even outside America, as self-centered, violent monkeys with skewed priorities. As a black women.... I'm so tired man.

I had the HONOR of meeting Christine Marie Cabanos (english voice of Nepgear) at Nekocon last summer‼️‼️

She was honestly the SWEETEST!! She complemented my Neptune wig and said I was the first person in a while to request Nepgear! She was just so fun to talk to despite being injured at the time and I’m so honored to have met her!
