hershel and flora have an interesting relationship. flora wants to be close to hershel, but he's too scared to let her in. she feels like a burden, but asserts herself anyway as she doesn't have anyone else. it's a very... tense relationship they have. mostly out of obligation on hershel's part i think, and held back from being true from his fear. so... their fusion is VERY unstable.

DIRECTOR'S CHAIR

Wirman's having trouble with writing his sequel, and Dirk offers to help by acting it out and letting Wirman direct. It gets a bit more involved than either of them expect.

I try and sketch super light or use a lightly coloured pencil for the rough sketch, then I line it with the pencil.

I press kinda hard into the page (i shouldnt haha) so I put a solid flat surface (the covers of my sketchbook fell off so I use those) under the page I'm drawing on so the pencil marks don't bleed onto the next page.

I wear a digital artist glove to prevent smudging, and use a gum eraser which works really well.

I think some of the "cleanness" comes from when I edit the photos and make the contrast super high, up the black point, etc, so the lighter lines go away.
