His name is Shima Junzhi Hes based of the little Dancing Mushroom in Disneys Fantasia
Shima is 18 year old mushroom fae and a Diasomnia sophomore at NRC. He's in the same class as Floyd, who he gets along with very well, since Shima can be a bit unhinged too. Floyds nickname for him is βSeabunnyβ, wish Shima doesn't understand but he called him βSharkβ back.
He loves to dance, all the time. Even in class, he shakes his leg instead of sitting still, tapping or fidgeting with something, driving every teacher insane.
While he wishes to become a dancer and doesn't really like magic, he has strong magical power, wish he isnt a big fan of. He accepts it, but hes not happy about it.
His unique magic is βTrixters Hexβ It gives the target increadible bad luck. Not really a fighting spell but Shima isnt a fighter anyways. While he's very agile and fast, heβs physically weak. He could run for hours but holding his own weight? Impossible.
He isn't really embarrassed about it often asking other students to help him carry things or reach something from a shelf. He kind of has to ask to get things from high places cuz he is barely as tall as Riddle.
Who he doesn't like. Sometimes Riddle trys to help him without being asked and Shima doesn't like that it makes him feel pitted. Shima has only one functioning eye, the other is completely withe. All thanks to a cursed plant he fell on as a child. Only having one time causes him sometimes to stumble and bump into things.
Despite that his best class is Flying. He absolutely loves flying. Once he helped Azul with it, to get some help with Potion brewing. However, something happened between them, nobody knows what, since theyve been very snarky to each other ever since.
With most students heβs rather neutral. Like Trey, Idia, Malleus or Jack.But heβs terrified of Jade, calling him an absolute psychopath
He akso has his problems with Leona, he refused to let Shima in the Spelldrive club because of his eye. So Shima joined the Pop Music Club instead, Lilia had to convince him. He gets along with Lilia very well often βborrowingβ clothes from him. They have a similar size.
Shima is quite skinny too, he genuinely forgets to eat, often getting distracted. But he loves food, especially fried food and soft drinks.
Overall Shima wants to have fun and doing what he likes, even if it means wasting his potential sometimes.
