David Martelo hours! When I first read Band Sinister, I started out picture him as an old professor type, and then had to amend that image when he turned out to be Amanda’s love interest. 😅

In a Swedish kids song, a troll mother ties her babies down by their tails to put them to sleep. I like to think trolls do that a lot and it doesn’t hurt.

I took inspiration from shoujo manga, as well as Classical architecture, for the frame around Philip's eyes. Also had some fun with flower symbolism in the last panel.

Working on my digital painting skills. I've been in a folklore mood lately. This is another classic: Näcken, a water spirit that lures people into the water to drown them. Often seen with a violin.
