🥛 The Classic:

• 1c milk

• 1tsp vanilla extract

• 2tbs sugar or splenda

• mix together and microwave for 80 seconds!

🍯 Spiced Honey Milk:

• 1c milk

• 1 stick vanilla

• 4 cloves, whole

• 1tbs honey

• 1/4tsp cinnamon or nutmeg for topping

• microwave milk with vanilla and cloves for 1-2 minutes, then mix in honey and top with c/n!!

🐻 Pooh Bear’s Favorite:

• 1c milk

• 1tbs vanilla extract

• 2-3tbs honey (depending on how sweet you like it!)

• pinch of cinnamon

• favorite cookie!

• mix together and heat for 1-2 minutes in microwave! dunk in your favorite cookie :•)

🌙 Moon Milk (great for falling asleep!):

• 1c almond or cashew milk

• 1/2tsp cinnamon

• 1/2tsp tumeric

• 1/4tsp cardamom

• 1/4tsp nutmeg

• 1tsp coconut oil

• pinch of ground ginger

• 1tbs honey

• heat milk in saucepan, and whisk in ingredients while it warms up to your desired heat!

you get:

-a bunch of blankets

-as many stuffies as you want

-softest pjs ever

-some milk n cookies
