guys i’ve just reached flow state of OMAD, this is amazing 😋 i don’t even get hungry now until like 9pm

told my bf this was my ‘fat girl’ meal and he said it’s the opposite of that. little does he know the guilt i felt eating it cause it totalled to like $650-800 … 😔 it was literally only a salmon poke bowl 😔 why does food have calories

i have no scale rn, but my goal until then is to see a new low before i step on the scale. i’ve got 2 weeks to reach a new low. i can do this.

one of the things getting me through being fat this summer, is that the more weight i lose the colder i’ll be during a heatwave 🤸🏽‍♀️
