It’s okay to be tired. And if you are tired, and you don’t feel like you have the right to be, cause “I’m not doing that much”, then clearly you are. Something is taking your energy, so yeah, you have a right to be tired. It’s okay to be tired. Listen to your needs. And I promise you, no amount of beating yourself up for being tired, will actually help you be less tired. Maybe you will even be more tired? Cause then on top of your tired levels, you a) spend energy on beating yourself up and b) someone (you) is beating you up, and then you spend energy reacting to that. If you are tired, then you are tired. Listen to your needs, and if you can make some things easier for yourself, then do it. 🌸
