Just came across this post and I'm wondering if you have the video of Carlos saying he would risk his life to save Lando. I don't think I've ever seen one!

hii! first of all sorry for the late response, sometimes i spend weeks without logging in this tumblr

ok, this is actually a great ask because i hadn't seen this video for ages and i got to search a bit deep in my carlando folder, which i also hadn't done for so long. maybe i should start digging and post some old stuff that it's not that popular 💭

the context is carlos and lando were doing a f1 video for their channel and they showed the accident where senna saved erik comas in 1992, and lando asks carlos if he would do the same for him [if they happened to be in the same situation] and carlos tells him "of course mate" 🥹

i loooved this video back in the day for a lot of things, but mainly because it was 2019, the first year they were teammates and they were ALREADY saying the most beautiful things to each other. carlos trying to be sarcastic at first but then having no other choice but saying he'd literally put himself in danger to save lando, and the look he gives him afterwards

idk, it's pure, it's simple, but it meant a lot to me and a lot of carlando shippers at the beginning.
