How's your flexibility, can you do that?

How are you feeling today, are you able to put yesterday behind you? Obviously massively disappointing, and you beat yourself up about it, then you got a lovely message from Lewis Hamilton, and all is well with the world?

There is so much to be positive about, the progress you guys made from Friday into Saturday was huge.

Quick word on Miami joining the calendar for next year? How do you feel about that?

oscar's initial push lap on the softs was fast, but looked a lot to handle with a big snap at turn 12

lando's first soft push lap was also very quick, but not easy to get that pace out of the car - potentially more time to find

lewis reported that "something's wrong with the rear of the car, it's dragging down the straight"

he eventually pitted so the team could look at his front wing acctuator to see if they could solve this problem

perez ran deep into turn 10, which he put down to a lack of engine braking

lando was told by his race engineer that they forgot to add the front wing he'd asked for so he had to finish the session without it. potentially more time to find in the set up

carlos was arguing with his race engineers about set up changes, but he conceded that they were right and apologised

isack came close to having contact with perez, who was noted for forcing another driver off the track

both george and kimi went off at turn 10 during their long runs - lacking grip from the tyres already after only having done 18 and 11 laps respectively

kimi also reported that his brake pedal felt "horrible" during his long run

ollie pitted only part way through his expected long run due to the high amount of wear on his front left tyre

lewis went off at turns 7 and 8 on his long run, also unhappy with the amount deg

lawson managed to get back out at the end of the session, in time to do a practice start
