The Garden Lupin/Lupinus polyphyllus/blomsterlupin is an invasive species here in Sweden and can outcompete many native plants, which is why efforts are made to limit its spread. Even so, there is no denying that it is a beautiful flower. Judging by the enthusiasm of this Common Carder Bee/Bombus pascuorum/åkerhumla, the abundance of lupins is not something she seems inclined to complain about.
