After a week of hinting, Disney Kids & Family proudly announces that "Big City Greens" Season 5 is set to bow Friday, August 21 on Disney Channel followed by an initial batch of episodes set to stream on Disney+ the next day.
Additionaly details on the guest stars and KYA for the new season will drop in the coming days.
Since it's debut in 2018, Big City Greens has become a highest watched franchise at Disney owned platforms across cable and streaming. The series was the most streamed animated titles on Disney+ worldwide just behind "Bluey", "Phineas And Ferb", "The Simpsons", "Gravity Falls", "Star Vs. The Forces Of Evil", "Kiff", "Star Wars: The Clone Wars", "Sofia The First" and "Primos".
The series served as the hub for current talent in the animation industry like Natasha Kline with the Disney Channel comedy "Primos", Kline also has a second animated series in development with Disney Television Animation. Other creator includes Kiana Mai with the indie-animated web series "Pretty Pretty Please I Don't Want to Be a Magical Girl".
