Welcome to Gold Choco Cuff Cookie's Workshop
This is the place for him to rest and be at peace, a place where he can tend to his plants and do maintenance on his contraptions. (Just ignore the things he stole on the right or his spoils from war just above, and don't question what's underneath the giant tarp to the left)
This little workspace used to be a part of the Time Balance Department, specifically the Technology Development Division but he ripped off the area that belongs to him and brought it to the void.
Soon after that, he wanted to do something other than stealing belongings, hoarding stuff, bothering the TBD, fixing time and beating up other time traveling criminals.
That's when he saw some flowers around a certain Ancient Cookie's garden. He took two of the flowers' seeds and grew them by himself, caring for these little plants. Soon, he became more curious and brought a few other plants as well as books about botany and gardening equipment to grow more plants for himself, even taking an entire chunk of land for just to give the space these plants needed.
Safe to say that his efforts were fruitful
