I think part of getting better is complete ego death. Like you’re not above setting a timer for 5 minutes and focusing on a task. You’re not above doing a very simple 3 minute workout to start. You’re not above reading for 10 minutes a day when you first get out of your reading slump, even if you used to read for hours. You’re not above starting slow and then building up to where you want to be/where you once were. What you are above is total inertia. Doing something really is better than doing nothing. Radically accept where you are, radically accept your limits, and go from there. Don’t let your ego get in the way.

still fucks me up what a bad rap coyotes get in peoples eyes. like ive talked to people who  see em as like. gross pests who should be culled. theyre literally just as cool as wolves just a lil smaller and less confident. i love them with all my heart to balance out all the coyote haters out there, coyotes rule theyre doing great

Growing up in the midwest where the Coyotes had high stray dog content I know why these things are trickster spirits. A non zero number of them want to dress up as your dog for a day. Sometimes they succeed in making humans think they’re dogs, they’re like the changelings of the canine world. All of them want your leftovers. Some of them want to sneak up to your door in the middle of the night to mock your dog for being inside and in the process wake up the entire neighborhood at 2 in the fucking AM.

Ilu coyotes welcome back to my neighborhood thank you for rebalancing the small herbivore populations around here so I can actually do some goddamn gardening Im sorry my idiot cat wants to fight you he is so so dumb.
