As a girl growing up, I wasn’t into princesses. Instead, I was obsessed with Lion King! I had the bed sheets, the clothing, the toys and even wall stickers! It helped I lived in a two story house where the balcony of the stairs would be the perfect place for raising my toy cub Simba to reenact the famous scene. I also lived out in the desert and just imagined myself out in Africa sometimes during car trips. I got recently the DVD/Blu-ray pack and it still brings me back to those simple days…

Look, kid, bad things happen, and you can’t do anything about it, right? Right. Wrong!  When the world turns its back on you, you turn your back on the world.

Simba and Kion- Simba: C'mon Kion llllluuuunch tiiiiime!! Kion: Dad..but the lion guard isn’t done training yet! Simba: You can train after you eat. Your mother doesn’t like it when you’re late plus we can’t start eating until everyone’s present. So you’re keeping me from eating. Kion: Give me a few more minutes. Simba: Hmmm……. Lunch Time. Simba giving Kiara and Kion his ultimate snuggles!

But you’re not scared of anything. I was today… I thought I might lose you.
