i know there are other reasons that people develop chronic health issues seemingly out of nowhere but the prevalence in trans people i know is pretty concerning. especially combined with nobody in the community or their physicians (who likely know nothing about the topic) seemingly ever thinking that it may have a connection to the understudied nature of the long term effects of hrt

#i only have anecdotes to go on and don't want to be tin foil hat about it but like. it's scary #and there is definitely social pressure not to point out that hrt could ever be harmful #i just want people to be safe and well.....
