So it’s nice to finally see this awesome album arrived at my door! The album artwork is fantastic and it comes with an awesome branded usb stick containing the full album + bonus tracks!

The Album is phenomenal,each track adds something new and easily stand up individually. For me the stand out tracks of the album are ‘Anna, Please Don’t Go’ and ‘Alleyway’

‘Anna, Please Don’t Go’ is a heartfelt song with beautiful melodies that capture the mood of the song perfectly.

Whereas ‘Alleyway’ brings something completely different with it’s thumping drum beat, fantastic bass line, with incredibly catchy guitar hooks! I can easily see this track being played at this years summer parties.

ROBERT J HUNTER- SONGS FOR THE WEARY REVIEW

So it's finally here! It's been worth the wait! I can safely say that 'Songs For The Weary' is a Behemoth of an album. I've been waiting a long time to hear 'See You In Hell' in it's full glory. Since hearing the demo of that song and signing Robert to Spectra, I knew I wanted to hear that song on a show like Sons of Anarchy and maybe just maybe that will happen. 

Everything from the obvious high end production and added musical presence of other band members has only done wonders for Robert's music and I hope the album allows him and his band mates to flourish as a group and only get bigger!

He's currently seated with other giants of blues in the iTunes Blues Chart and I for one would like to see him stay there for a long time!

So Sanna introduced me to an Artist who wasn't under my radar, and I have to say I was blown away by his tracks 'Worry' and 'I couldn't want you anyway'

His name is Jack Garratt and he has an emotion in his voice that is not unlike Bon Iver's early work and is obviously well versed in creating intricate and interesting melodies and beats that you will surely be playing on your legs for days!

If you haven't heard his work yet I would strongly recommend that you do so!

So it's been a long time coming! Robert Hunter's Album Songs for the weary is nearly here and to tease us, he's put up his single 'Demons'

I will always consider it one of my crowning achievements, getting this talented soul signed to Spectra Music Group! He's been recently signed to Arcadium entertainment who book tours for the likes of Kings of Leon and I couldn't be prouder of how far he's developed as an artist and how his bandmates have taken his music to the next level!
