That perfect pause moment in "Electric Christmas" when someone forgot to color in Whit's head 😳
Let’s have our own “What is he SAYING?!” contest.
Listen to this clip from The Mysterious Stranger pt. 2 and finish what Whit was going to say (before Connie interrupts him).
AIO really went from "What are we going to do about Halloween?" to Whit, Connie, and Eugene carving a jack o'lantern on a sampler album cover
The "Hallows Eve" party clearly wasn't a success anyways, as they never, ever did it again. So Whit was like "screw it, screw the church elders, we're doin Halloween for realz from now on. C'mon kids!"
Bet he has a pumpkin patch in the back field too.
Can anyone name this AIO video game?
And more importantly, which face is your fave?
Personally I'm a big fan of Connie's lip injections in photo #1. It's a real shame those didn't stick around.

forgotten aio things i have questions about
Whit’s End Connellsville: I think they mainly made Whit’s End Connellsville to give Whit something to be distracted by during the Novacom saga but it hasn’t really been a part of AIO since Ed took over and I would like to know more abou how Ed is running things there.
The Timothy Centre: Yeah it had a major role in the Novacom saga and then kind of faded into the background.
Camp What-A-Nut: Do kids still go there? Does the camp still exist?
The Shepherds: Aubrey went off to college and then ??? Where are they now?
Richard Maxwell: I’m guessing this one doesn’t need explaining. Also, I would like the AIO team to confirm whether Maxwell’s Flowers has any connection to Richard.
Hand Up: Eugene and Katrina started it, it was last mentioned in A New Era and then all of a sudden Katrina is helping out at Whit’s End and then teaching and Eugene is back at the college where he couldn’t get a job which led to him creating Hand Up in the first place? I am begging AIO for some consistency here.
The Israelites: Ok so honestly I think the Israelites ran their course in DBD but I would like to know if they stuck together afterwards and kept doing good deeds and helping people around town.
Dreams By Constance: so we still hear about Dream’s by Constance and even had a whole episode about I’m putting it in the forgotten category because we hear about it so little and it would be nice to see more of Connie working on her business cuz honestly it almost seems like she’s just planning weddings as a hobby.
Agnes Riley: AIO eventually addressed Tom’s passing but what happened to Agnes? Is she still at Hillingdale? Does anyone go visit her? Did she pass away at some point and they just never brought it up?
Hillingdale Haven: Speaking of Agnes, what’s going on at Hillingdale? Does Arthur Dent still stay there?
This is (obvi) not a complete list. Feel free to add.
11. BEAVRS
12. Novacom shows: all of the shows they produced (kickboxing kid, Casey's shadow, devil in white) do people still watch their programming or are they basically a banned network? Speaking of Novacom...
13. The Destination Station. Was it truly a rip off of the IS or was it something that could have rivalled it eventually?
14. The Transmuter: cool invention, should have been used more
15. BEAVRS
16. Alex's Blog "The Ice Cream Scoop"
17. The Mega-Mix-O-Matic
18. Bible Education Audio Video Research System
19 The Pizza Oven: If I was a kid stopping by Whits End after school I would totally order a pizza every. Single. Day. But I've never heard a single person order it since This is Chad Pearson
Y’all I just had this weird idea
We’ve compared Whit to Captain America in the past, but now that I really think about it, there’s another reason they’re quite similar
I present to you:
Whit Actors as Captain America Movies
Hal Smith’s Whit=Captain America: The First Avenger. He’s a little old fashioned (in all the best ways). He’s bold when he needs to be. He comes up with crazy plans, but executes them well. He wants to do the right thing, even if that means becoming creating something powerful and slightly suspicious for the government.
Paul Herlinger’s Whit=Captain America: The Winter Soldier. The action. The adventure. He takes down conspiracies with ease. Spies are everywhere. Disguises? He excels. Elevators? His specialty. Evil technology? He destroys that ish. Arguably the golden era of the three in either scenario.
Andre Stojka’s Whit=Captain America: Civil War. Uuuhhhhh. Whatever you do, don’t ask him to justify himself. He’ll do it, but you probably won’t like the answer. He will put your faves in danger. Very different from the first two versions of himself. Breaking the law has become a hobby. He needs a little moral guidance tbh.
Holy applesauce. This is the best analogy on Walrus-boy I have ever seen.
Looks like Whits getting ready to bust out the encore for the "Communicate" rap song.
Totally! I mean can we talk about how he NEVER reached out to the Barclays after George lost his job and the family went scouring the town for jobs of their own?! Not once did he consider hiring Jimmy, Mary or Donna, the pinnacle family of Odyssey, yet he instantly hires Julie "out of the blue" Meyers.
Connie celebrates Whit on Father's Day.
Not Bill.
She also gets him a pair of Multi-Dimensional-Neon-Socks every year, even to this day. Just to mess with him.

I wonder what ever happened to Dan Isidro
I hope he’s thriving
Dan is one of those characters who deserved way more episodes and spotlight than he was given.
is there a reason they got rid of Connie’s signature outfit (green sweater/leggings) for this boring white button-up and khakis?
does whit’s end have a uniform now and i just blocked it out?
Bugs me too 😔
Stripping the characters of the most like, signature aspects of their design was such a bad move.
And poor timing especially considering the fact that scrunchies and big sweaters are back in 😭
i don’t understand, like they went through that rebranding period after whit.3 came to the show where they modernized her character
but then she regressed back to the ponytail, and sure, it’s iconic so why not, but why that outfit?
Lest we forget her video game outfit: a literal tracksuit.
Whitsend.org is no more
It is now Adventuresinodyssey.com
I am not sure what to think of this
This is just devastating.
Audio series Eugene vs cartoon Eugene:
Audio series Eugene: “n-NEEDLES! 😰😰😰”
Cartoon Eugene: “I’ve taken a sample of human blood- my own,”
Also in the audio series eugene is notoriously bad at anything outdoorsy but in the videos he's like, leading a winter campout with whit and seems mostly competent outdoors?
Like audio eugene and video eugene are almost 2 completley different characters
Well... the episode "Dobson Comes to Town" (I think it's on the Club? I got it from a bonus "pop this CD into your computer" disc years ago) confirms that the animated videos are a separate entity to the radio shows, and Whit and the gang are actually producing them (which would explain the OOC behavior). But then again, that episode is bat**** crazy because it also implies that Whit knows they are in an audio drama airing on the radio, making all of this a huge meta jumble of confusion... So who knows? 🤷♀️
Who really knows...
They should make an album just for grownups and it’s all the AIO episodes that were too dark for official release
or make them available to stream/download. we could check a box that says “i am over the age of 18″
I do remember listening to some of the Family Portraits episodes (they’re all on the OA club website for anyone with a membership) and thinking how they were probably intended to be directed to older audiences. Some of the Lost Episodes (also on the OA club) are also more mature.
Anyone remember the dark alternate endings they recorded for "My Girl Hallie"? They could dust off a few of those recorded for other episodes and add them to this hypothetical album.

Yes to the checkbox!
And have Chris or Paul McCusker do one of those intros telling kids to get their parents in the room before listening.
"Because of the questionable situations presented in this episode, we don't recommend people under 18 to continue listening. Not even with your parents present. No, seriously, we in the studio are literally trembling thinking of the audacity we had to produce this. This is NOT an example of an episode you should learn a lesson from. In fact we highly recommend you destroy this episode from your brain when you're finished. But as always, we hope you enjoy today's show!"
