Dylan: I don’t get it

also Dylan: it’s our fault

So here’s my drawing of Dylan O’Brien. 

This guy truly is a gift to the world. He is so very talented, funny and sweet. I met him in June 2014 at AlphaCon and he is even more amazing than I could ever imagine. I hadn’t been watching @teenwolf long, but was extremely hooked once I started. I think I rewatched it three times in less than two months. Once I heard Dylan was coming to Europe and AlphaCon was his only visit I just had to go. To be honest the entire convention was super chaotic and kind of a mess, but the actors stayed so sweet. Dylan was injured, but still made sure every single one of us got their photo and autograph. 

I got my drawing signed the first day and was extremely nervous. I didn’t need to be because his mouth fell open when I put it in front of him and he stared at me for like two minutes before he asked ‘Are you sure you want me to sign this? I don’t want to ruin it…’ Like he ever could. I said ‘please’ and he signed it and wrote in a corner ‘You are incredibly talented’. His assistant took a picture of it and he kept saying ‘thank you, oh my god thank you!’ He waved at me when I walked away and I had the biggest smile on my face.

At the party the next evening they got crowded the second they showed up, so they stayed behind tables. I got crushed in the crowd as well so I went outside for some fresh air and not five minutes later Dylan and a few others came out and he saw me. I blurted out ‘Hi Dylan!’ and he looked at me and said ‘Hey! You’re the artist girl!’ He was leaving but before he did he hugged me and thanked me for flying out to see him. It was really 1000% my pleasure, but how sweet is that for him to say?

I will never forget the fact that he actually remembered me and took the time to thank and hug me just for coming to see him and draw him. Simply amazing.

I hope and know he is going to go so far in life. I wish him all the happiness, love and things he wants out of life. Thank you Dylan, for being this incredible person!
