About Tommy:
This portrayal will be aligned closely to cannon, mostly stemming from Batman: Hush.
When Tommy was younger, his father was physically and verbally abusive, and his mother supported it. He orchestrated their deaths by cutting the brakes on the car his father had been driving, and it had been blamed on his father’s intoxication. However, they had been rushed to the hospital where Thomas Wayne operated on them, but only saved his mother, Marla.
Marla grew obsessive and protective over Tommy. Through the years, she became increasingly unstable and insane. She tried writing him out of the will multiple times, and held her ability to pay for his college over his head, leaving him financially unstable when he left her.
Tommy blamed Bruce for his father’s work in keeping his mother alive. For a few years, when Bruce’s parents died, he thought justice had been served, but as Bruce kept his stable fortune and traveled the world, his hatred came back.
Tommy had also been institutionalized as a kid for anger issues under Doctor Johnathan Crane’s supervision, who also noticed he had sociopathic tendencies. He grew paranoid within the clinic before his release.
The events of Hush have already occurred, but Tommy has broken out of Arkham and erased his record.

What's the most common type of neurosurgery you perform?
I tend to preform a consistent amount of surgeries on the base of the spine, usually to relieve pressure on the brain, as it is overall the most common neurosurgery.
However, I am commonly called in to preform tumor or bone extractions from head injury due to my reputation and success with those procedures.
