-Not that Shadow wouldâve minded if he gazed back there. After all, they were engaged â and Sonic had free reign to stare all he wanted, considering he was his. Oh, just the thought of the fact that they were actually engaged now could make Shadowâs heart melt⌠Which was why he tried not to focus on it all too much. He needed to make that milkshake, dang it.
He brought the chocolate over to the blender as well as the milk, which he measured, as well as syrup. He was just about ready to make this, and a concentrated smile came up on Shadowâs face as he hummed softly.-
Okay⌠Itâll be ready in a minute.
-He placed all of the ingredients inside of the blender, put the lid on, and then turned it on, the chocolate being shredded and mixed with the milk and syrup. He just hoped it turned out all right.-
-Sonic could wait a minute. A minute before he could kiss the black hedgehog that was anyway. Screw milkshakes, he had his own idea of what he wanted and that was closeness with his fiancĂŠ. Geez, that word still made his heart jump slightly, but he wouldn't focus on any kind of fear about getting married right now. Oh no. Now was the time for kissing and cuddling and then drinking milkshakes together as they watched it snow.-
Mhmm...
-He purred, his head still resting in his hand as he watched Shadow's back, admiring the way he tied the bow in his apron around his back. So neatly but he'd done it so clumsily too. Shadow was just so perfect at everything he did, but Sonic knew he liked to perfect, that's why he was a princess after all.-
Ah⌠Okay.
-Shadow began to pick up on the seductive tones that Sonic was using with him, but the black hedgehog ignored them for the time being; right now he wanted to make a milkshake and he was determined to go through with it. As a result, Shadow reached back into the fridge in order to retrieve the chocolate that he needed to grind up and use for the milkshake in question, bending over in the process, his back to the blue hedgehog.-
Do you have any particular flavor of chocolate you would like me to use?
-Now Sonic certainly wasn't the type of hog to look at his boyfriends butt when he was knelt over like that, but you know what was the type of thing he'd do? Daydream. Mainly about kissing the black hedgehog. Wrapping his arms around him and cuddling him, bringing him up close and personal to pepper gentle kisses all over his cheeks and appreciate every single part of him because his little princess was so perfect.
Well... Maybe not little considering Shadow was slightly taller than him, but still! He'd kiss him.-
Just normal chocolate is fine, baby.

-Shadow didnât do a lot of the shopping, if it wasnât apparent yet. He was petrified of crowds, which meant Sonic usually went out instead.
In the meanwhile, he took out a measuring cup for the milk to make sure he got exactly the right amount that he needed for the blender. The blender was clear and didnât have marks on it unfortunately; if Shadow didnât think it to be rude heâd ask Sonic to get one with those marks.
In the meanwhile, he still didnât notice the dreamy way with which Sonic stared at him.-
It's hidden in the back of the fridge, baby.
-Hidden so Tails didn't get his little paws on it whilst Sonic wasn't looking. Especially since there was a bar of mint chocolate back there that that little fox would kill for.
But really, how wasn't Shadow noticing the way Sonic was staring, that purr coming from him. Boy, it seemed rude, but he just wanted to hold his darling princess and kiss the life out of him. He was just too adorable to resist. And he was making him milkshakes, so that was probably a big factor to why Sonic wanted to kiss him too.-
