Ontario’s government announced in February that a pilot program will be coming to the Canadian province sometime later this year.

The premise: send people monthly checks to cover living expenses such as food, transportation, clothing, and utilities — no questions asked.

If even a fraction of the people who saw that posted piece looked up my name if it had been provided, and bought one of my books, I could have my entire last year of college paid for, instead of struggling to do it myself.

Sometimes you need to cut through the crap.

And create a Moment of Freedom.

The real kicker is that sometimes the more you try to work something out the deeper and more complex the issue becomes.

And you stay stuck.

Sometimes you can’t afford to stay stuck though.

Life is going on and you need to move.

Or sometimes you’re just sick of the same thing going through your mind again and again and again.

So here’s the tool.

Say ‘Fuck It’.

That thing you keep thinking about? For now, for the next hour, for the next day - just say Fuck It.

That thing you’re trying to work out? Fuck It.

That worry? Fuck It.

That past thing you keep going back to? Fuck It.

It’s simple. It’s crude. It works. 

You have the freedom to throw away the thoughts in your head.

You are their Creator.
