Day 4 of the #mastercleanse and still going strong. It's so strange to not feel hungry. I'm kind of over squeezing lemons though. I might just buy a bottle of lemon juice and be done with it. I haven't decided if, at the end of this week, I'll have a cheat day. I might just stay on the cleanse for a straight two weeks since I don't actually have any cravings right now. I did a weight check and discovered since starting this cleanse on Monday I've already lost 4lbs. Which makes a total of 14lbs since I started clean eating and lemon water drinking two and a half weeks ago! #yoga #fitness #dailyyoga #yogapractice #exercise #cleaneating #diet

On Monday I started the #mastercleanse which is an all liquid cleanse I committed to stick to for two weeks. Each day I drink 60oz of water with lemon, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup. This means I don't eat any solid food during the cleanse. For this first week though I'm modifying it so I can eat one solid meal a day. (Either eggs, oatmeal, or raw veggies.) I thought for sure I'd be dying of starvation, but I've actually haven't had any hunger pains. I've also never felt more energized. It's day three and I'm feeling pretty amazing! #health #fitness #cleanse

Missed yesterday, but I'm back on track today. Worked on my core, so I gave myself a break and did some leg stretches and headstands after.
