Last month, I found out some extremely difficult news about one of my family members' health so I have found it difficult to even try and be active. And, I'm working again 3-4 nights a week. I'm just so tired of life being so busy and so emotionally rough. Doesn't matter. I've just been binging anyway

The first week after starting restriction again after a long shitty binge/normie phase is always so nice. Like, the nicest. I've lost 6.8 pounds since Monday and still have tomorrow and Monday morning to see how much total I lost over the course of a week. I know it won't last, and so much is water weight- it is nice though especially since I'm on my period. So. Coolsies!

Oh, speaking of pvrging can anybody tell me why one of my tonsils is super inflamed? Like this was from a pvrge 3 weeks ago and I have only pvrged once or twice since then. It is 3-4 times the size of my other one (which looks normal) and I can feel how big it is when I swallow. It has stayed the same size since. I have no idea what I did?? I tried to Google it or look on edsf but couldn't find anything, it just said that if it was tonsilitis it should be gone within 3-4 days. My appointment isn't for another 2 weeks. It is super weird

And like my psych threatened to take me off the vyvanse I recently started if I dont stop pvrging and thats cool its like the only thing that has let me semi function in the last month. Like it actually has done wonders for getting up in the morning, opening my blinds and feeling good all day and wanting to do things
