Shuggazoomians knew perfectly what to do in dire situations. They’re as used to constant danger as someone could possibly be without losing his mind. They headed for the most solid buildings and stayed there, watching the fight through windows. Now they had time to wonder about the mysterious person. Some concerned voices had raised up worrying why wasn’t the Hyperforce there.
But not only this part of the city had been invaded. Two completely opposite bridges were full of approaching enemies and as much as the Monkey Team didn’t like doing so, splitting’s necessary to properly handle the treat. When Antauri, Nova and Sparx went south, Chiro lead Gibson and Otto to the northern part of the city, where the Skeleton King’s army had already been roaming free. Or at least that’s what they thought before seeing unknown female warrior’s already fighting off the horde.
“ Who’s she? “ Chiro looked at the monkeys waiting for some answer, but unfortunately they’re all equally confused.
“ I cannot tell, however I find her presence highly disturbing. “ Gibson said. It’s reasonable. The last time some heroes showed up in the city, they turned out being servants of the Skeleton King. And it’d started in an alarmingly similar way. Chiro sighed at the thought.
“ We’ll worry about it later. “ The boy decided. No matter if they’re meant to fight the stranger later, there’s an army raiding Shuggazoom City at this very moment. “ For now let’s blast these formless into goo. Hyperforce, go! “
Chiro joined the fight on the frontline and the monkeys attacked from sides, forcing the formless into keeping together and destroying many while doing so.
“ Thanks for helping the citizens” the young leader said between attacks and evades. He’s still suspicious of her, but he’s way too close to the stranger to not say a word.
“ You’re doing great! “ Otto added and even with his sight wandering around, he still managed to fight his own enemies.
