Tim and I have our own struggles when it comes to being "in control" and what we can actually do in said "control", we normally thought we didn't have such struggles with it- turns out we do and communication barriers don't help- even with a collective consciousness it's hard to understand eachother when one another is speaking over eachother or stress/anxiety/dissociation/DPDR levels are high that cause errors with comms and fronting.

Yes we do notes, but even then sometimes they aren't enough (for our experiences).
