Don't get me wrong, I don't like Shadow Milk either. But he's the villain of Arc 2 whether we like it or not, and just deleting him from existence would be a boring ending that very, very, very few people would like. You probably would hate that ending too, way more than timekeeper being "nerfed".

btw, there is a large chance that shadow milk could still get redeemed considering the ultimate amalgamation is not actually him, and a fragment of the real shadow milk is with candy apple and black sapphire, anyone who says he needs to die and is fully irredeemable is just saying that because they hate shmilk atp. I thought we all knew the amalgamation isn't fully him...so yeah, that thing is irredeemable, but shadow milk is capable of understanding his wrongs based on what elder faerie says in the prologue.
