as someone who has consistently worked both shifts at multiple establishments, this is something I've noticed.
morning crew will complain about night crew not doing their job, and then it'll be like there's a spec of dust in a corner of the store that you can only see with an electron microscope.
night crew will complain about morning crew not doing their job, and then it'll be because there's zero prep for the evening done, there's no salad weigh outs, half of morning crew's side work hasn't even been conceptualized, the T Virus containment unit was left open and never closed at 8am, a pack of raptors came through at 9am and nobody stopped them from eating the tables, and somehow the building is on fire too.
"We wouldn't complain so much if night shift just did their jobs >:((" Night shift would be able to do their jobs if they didn't have to spend six hours just fixing what morning didn't do.
dont forget that morning crew is made up of 8+ people and night crew is two guys, one of whom is the first guy's imaginary friend.
