When you are alone and have a heart attack. What are you gonna do then ?

Sometimes they are misinformed and are submerged in an environment where abortion is mostly seen as morally right so they don't realize it's wrong. The same goes for slavery, for many years in many cultures, slavery was seen as morally right or neutral, so people didn't even question it. Of course, there were (and still are) victims (slaves) and they knew it wasn't alright.

All slaves owners deserve to be judged equally? I don't think so. Sometimes they didn't know it was wrong, sometimes they knew. Do I think the same goes for abortionists? Yes.
