Ed bravery soul because they have the strong desire to erase/overcome the unreliable wimpy version of themself in order to be what their loved ones need them to be.

Dimitri perserverance soul because he continues to support the Activity Club despite having seperated himself from the spectral world in the first place due to the dangers it posed to himself and his loved ones.

Isaac integrity soul because of the rigid morality he uses to not only judge others but as a frame of refrence for his own ideal self.

Max kindness soul because he has the natural instinct to see where others are coming from and deal realistic critiques alongside genuine support.

Johnny justice soul because he is quick to recognize the injustices dealt towards himself as well as others which he fights against even if at the end of the day he's still labeled the bad guy.

My summary of my thoughts are as follows

I think Devilora is deeply sensitive to feeling vulnerable. I think her instinctive response to feeling cornered/weak/fearful is to either:

- Run from it (physically abandoning to escape the person/thing making her feel that way without having to actually address the issue or emotionally repressing and convincing herself as well as others that she isn’t as affected as she truly is)

And/Or

- Lash out at it (redirect the physical and/or emotional harm she herself is feeling by making the people around her feel the ways about her that she feels about her own situation in order to give herself a sense of strength/control, usually targeting other vulnerable people or people she knows well as they make for easier and more convenient targets)

In regard to what that means for her potentially being Ángels mother? I think that if she’s always felt that way about vulnerability that either she herself or someone trusted convinced her that becoming a mother would soften her or at the very least lead to her having a greater understanding and tolerance towards her own feelings of discomfort.

However I doubt it took very long for her to realize that she wasn’t changing. In fact if I had to guess I’d say having a child would’ve made things worse since it’d mean there’d be a new source of vulnerability constantly prodding at her near 24/7.
