The Second Half

I think I'm blogging to myself here but you know that's ok too. It will help to get some of the crazy crap out of my head!

So I use a sleep apnoea machine and I'm very overweight. I woke up feeling meh this morning but it's a beautiful day so trying to be positive. I want to lose weight so I will have a better quality of life in the second half. The task feels overwhelming. Where do I start?

I have a well paying job but i don't get any satisfaction from it anymore. I literally spend 8 to 10 hours a day with people I hardly know doing a job that no one cares about. I can't leave though as it's permanent pensionable and good money and I've bills and loans to pay so what does one do in this situation. Yeah I'm grateful to have a job don't get me wrong but shouldn't I at least get something out of it considering I'm spending most of my life working? Anyone feel the same and any tips welcome

Hi I dont know if anyone will ever read this but here I 49 and one year to 50! I am grateful to be 49 as so many don't get to see it but apprehensive about what's coming. I want to enjoy my life and discover new things. Life is what you make it after all!
