her and louis should be the same at this point. fledglings who tried to kill their maker. but it’s not the same. louis might choose her but it’s never for the real her. it’s for this daughter figure he pushes this sort of innocence on, this manipulated image. and lestat? lestat knows her and understands her and still chooses louis. he had a responsibility to both of them but had to pick one and it wasn’t her. arghhb does that make sense
