Like many of the other books in this series, this was a buddy read with @artbymeezy (check him out on Instagram). Once again, we didn’t keep up with each other’s pace but I still sent him screenshots today as I finally finished reading the book.
This was probably my least favourite book in the series. To be honest, I don’t know that I’ll continue reading the series. At least not right now. Despite the deferring themes in the series, the books are becoming a little repetitive. Maybe one day I’ll pick up the series again, maybe when the situation in the world is also a little different. I don’t think current events and newspaper articles helped me get through this book, though I did reflect a lot about humankind and what’s happening in the world. For now, this is not what I’m craving for leisure reading. Feel good romance.. I’ve got my eye on you.
