and then after an awkward pause say "Sarah. Sarah John Smith."

I would like to point out that Strax can’t tell gender, so there very well could’ve also been women fucking each other

No but the thing that got me is that Mel died on the memory TARDIS. The Doctor and Ruby were less than ten feet away from her, and it's the implication that she died sitting there, holding Seven's question mark jumper, that obliterated me.

Seriously this whole middle section of the episode was depressing as hell
