Darry who has weak and fainting spells from pushing himself during work because he's not eating enough food to really support his body and the labor he does. When his parents were alive, they made sure to give him enough food to support him and his broad stature and muscles, but once they're gone he's giving food to everyone but himself.
Johnny who is always cold and trembling because sometimes he goes days without eating or drinking, and he's severely malnourished and underweight. His teeth are yellow and some are missing or rotting because he can't often go home and brush his teeth.
Dally with matted hair and yellow teeth and is always sick because he doesn't usually have places to shower or brush his teeth, and he was surrounded by dirt and mold growing up and it fucked with his immune system so he's always sick, and has a fuck ton of allergies or some sort of immune disorder.
Pony who is the healthiest of the gang because his parents and brothers would give him most of their food, but was born premature and a little sickly and they can't afford a real good doctor to figure out what's wrong with him so even a cold can take him down for a week if not longer.
Soda who is always running on fumes because he's working on cars and bouncing around and acting happy, even though he gives so much of his food to Pony or Darry (not that they know that he sneaks it to them or lies about have ate earlier), and he doesn't remember to drink water because he's always stressed.
Two-Bit who won't eat at home because he has a single mother who can't afford his large appetite, and he doesn't shower there too much either, that way his sister can shower and eat all she wants. He's plus-sized purely because of his beer gut and because he binges on food from the Curtises because that's the only time he feels comfortable with eating, other than the rare times he has enough money for a proper meal.
Steve who has yellow teeth, and issues with his breathing (due to his dad's second hand smoke) that he can't get checked out, and has more issues with his digestive system and head because he can't afford eating a lot, and he's had so many concussions due to fights and his dad.
