First time I've come close to hitting my projected numbers in all grain brewing. Super pumped on this batch. Almost a full pound of hops went into this five gallon batch. Two row, wheat, corn sugar, dextrine and some caramel malt. Two Columbus hop additions for bittering. A stupid amount of Galaxy hops for aroma and flavor.
