Okok.. before I say this.. I want everyone to know I’m just stating my opinion so no freaking out guys!
I think about all the people that compare Naru/Saku to Kushina and Minato.. and I’ve always thought Hinata and Naruto resembled Naruto’s parents much more than naru/saku… All of the older generation compares Naruto’s attitude with his mothers not his fathers. Before Kushina and Minato got together Minato was super shy and unsure of him self and it was through saving her( by following the red hair trail) that he branched out and became more ambitious. I feel like Minato mirrors Hinata transformation much more than Naruto’s, (Shy but becomes brave when he’s loved one is in danger) And I feel like Naruto mirrors his Mothers transformation more than his dads… (Being a hot headed person who wouldn’t take advice, to someone who clams down more as reality sinks in.)
I’ve always felt this way… but seeing the latest chapter really brought it home! Another thing is people who say Naruto needs Sakura to keep him in his place bothers me. Naruto doesn’t need someone who makes him ashamed of the way he is. He needs someone that embraces it. (Which is why I ship Gaa/Naru even harder than Naru/Hina ^_^) Just like Minato embraced Kushina’s personality. Anyway that’s my opinion on the matter.
P.S. Sakura isn’t my fav character but I don’t hate her. I think she needs to be with someone and have a happily ever after too. I just can’t see it happening with Naruto. I feel like she would become bitter because she ‘got stuck’ with him.
