especially with gift knitting I know it can be tempting to push through it for a deadline, but itβs really not worth causing long term injury. (And anyone knit-worthy should be understanding of that, imho.) Stay well :)

With the Namaste movement, because I climb as well, I like to rotate my hands away from my body, so the steepled fingers are pointing outwards, rotate as far as I can until I feel a gentle stretch down the insides of my forearms. Give it a try!
